Why live on campus?
If your student’s permanent address is outside 35 miles from the Webster Groves campus, it is mandatory that he/she live on campus for his/her first two years.
In addition, living on campus allows your son/daughter to:
- Cut costs. All of our housing options are fully furnished, and there are no additional bills for utilities, laundry, phone, cable, or Internet.
- Feel safe. The Department of Public Safety continuously patrols the campus and provides services for students at night. Residential Life staff is on call 24/7 and extensively trained to respond to a wide range of emergencies.
- Focus on academics. Research shows that on-campus residents have higher graduation rates, higher GPAs, and report a greater satisfaction with their collegiate experience.
